About Moretti's
Gourmet Creations
Moretti's is the brain child of Salvatore Moretti, CEO
of Moretti's Gourmet Creations, Inc. Salvatore has been
making gourmet sauces since he was a child growing up in
the restaurants of New York City.
In 1998 Salvatore
moved to Florida and began his Private Chef Service in
Southwest Florida. During this time there became such a
demand for Sal's famous Salioli® sauce that he started
to jar it in his home for sale at local shops.
After
months of number crunching and research, Sal was able to
create distribution throughout Florida. Sal's
salesmanship skills helped him quickly amass a loyal
clientele, including The Doubletree Inn, Hard Rock
Seminole Casino and Café, Ada's All Natural Market,and Rodes
Seafood. Moretti's products are now in full
distribution by Sysco Corporation and available
nationwide.
Moretti's
Gourmet Creations, Inc. was formed as a corporation in
the State of Florida in October, 2003. Moretti's uses
homemade, secret and protected recipes for development
of gourmet sauces for distribution both wholesale and
